- Perform any business management functions including but not limited to accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto;

You understand that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of the Product. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Product. You acknowledge that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Customer will reach their goals as a result of purchase of Product.
Fees
A. There are two payment options for payment of
the Product fee:
1. One single payment (due upon registration); or
2. Four monthly payments, for both single and monthly payments the price varies depending on promotional period and enrollment level.
B. If you select the monthly payment option, you will pay your first payment at point of sale. You are responsible for all remaining payments. This is a payment plan, not a monthly fee. You will be liable for all of the payments regardless of whether you continue to use the Program during the payment period.
C. If payments are not made on time, you agree that additional charges will apply on all past-due sums at a rate of 24% per year on the total outstanding balance which compound monthly (2% per month).
Methods of Payment
If you elect to pay by monthly installments, you authorize Mother Nature Knows Best FZCO. to charge your credit card or debit card. If you elect to pay in full upon registration (option 1 above), you may pay by credit card or debit card.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payments are made on time. If your account is beyond 30-days overdue, Nature Knows Best Ltd. reserves the right to turn over the account to collections with outstanding interests and accrued costs incurred in order to engage a Debt Recovery Mercantile Agency or a Solicitor to attend engaged by the company; in order to recover the outstanding amount due and payable.
Refund Policy
